Mina’s qualifications include the Fellowship of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in England (FCCA), Certified General Accountant (CGA), Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional (CIRP) and Trustee in Bankruptcy.
Mina’s experience includes both public accounting and in industry as controller of a manufacturing company. Mina was introduced to insolvency field when she joined Price Waterhouse Limited (now PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc.) in 1991. She has over 17 years of experience in insolvency field both in large and small to medium sized insolvency firms and also as an independent consultant.
Mina has served on the Board of Examiners for the National CAIRP examinations and on the appeals board on different occasions. She is currently a member of the National Insolvency Qualification Program (NIQP) Exam Board.

Mina is also a member of INSOL International.
